Welcome ... we are nestled in the heart of Downtown Plymouth on pedestrian friendly Forest Avenue. Our yoga follows the breath with fluid transitions in the Ashtanga vinyasa yoga style. Free parking is available street side or in the rear of the building. Locker room, changing rooms and shower are available onsite. Small boutique provides yoga accessories and health items.
