My yoga journey started in 2014, when I practiced weekly and noticed the benefits it had on my body and mind. But it wasn’t until 2019 that it completely changed my life. At a time when I was crumbling with anxiety, stress, living a busy life on auto-pilot without knowing who I really was or what I really wanted, I knew I desperately needed change. That’s when I felt called to take Yoga Teacher Training and dive deeper into this healing practice. The immersion in daily yoga and mindfulness practices was a journey that brought me back home to myself. The physical aspects of building strength, flexibility and breath work of yoga are undeniably amazing, but what makes it the most transformative to me is the self-awareness we develop on our mats. Through the practice of observing ourselves on our mats and being less reactive to our own thoughts, we learn to bring this same quality of mind to everything we do off the mat. We learn that there is a better way of living by balancing the fluctuations of our own minds. This is why I am so passionate about sharing yoga with you. I hope to see you on your mat soon! Namasté
